Mastery of Fundamentals
2 - hour, hands-on, interactive workshop focusing on your alignment, anatomy, breath, and the "how to's" of yoga.. Great for the beginner to learn the basics and for the seasoned yoga to revisit the fundamentals from a different perspective.
You will learn
Basic yoga postures (warriors, updog, downdog, and more)
Importance of the breath, and how to use your breath with movements
How to modify for your skill level with and without yoga props
Your main goal will be addressed during the workshop
