Good news! This workshop is for you!!!
Join Kim on Thursday eve for an all levels workshop focusing on improving your handstand no matter what level you are at. Whether you are learning to get into a handstand against the wall or learning to pike press, you will find success with foundation, core muscle activation, alignment for your body type, entrance and exit strategy, and optimal handstand variation type for you.
The class is limited to 10 people, so you can receive individual instruction, practice drills, core exercises to gain strength and awareness for proper muscle activation, and tips specific for you to improve. Kim blends her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, gymnastics, fitness, and yoga to give you the best opportunity to progress in your handstand journey.
This workshop will give you the fundamentals to progress and join other handstanders in CDA Power Yoga’s one-hour Handstand Playdate Workshops that occur at least twice a month.
