Join Kim for a 60 minute, all levels workshop to explore and have fun with arm balances.  She will set you up for success and challenge you with modifications and variations for each pose and all skill levels. 

It is crucial to approach arm balances correctly for your body alignment to build strength effectively and efficiently while avoiding shoulder and other injuries. You will learn foundation, alignment, exit and entrance transitions, variations available to your skill level, and modifications.
