Join Ashley and Claire for an expansive Breathwork and Sound Bath experience. We'll start with a grounding meditation, then shift into a deep, rhythmic breath that emphasizes the inhale. This practice allows you to intentionally explore emotions and release tension while fostering a personal and intuitive experience on your mat.
We'll move into a deep, slow breath to invite peace and expansion. During this time, Claire will be facilitating a sound bath…an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. She uses a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice to create a landscape of sound that washes over you.
The combination of sound waves are designed to be heard but also felt physically, engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, and encouraging a deep state of relaxation.
