Has an injury been keeping you from fully enjoying your yoga practice? At CDA Power Yoga, we embrace every body being different. We can help you adapt your yoga practice to suit your unique needs and empower your practice. This unique workshop will be guided by Ashley Severinsen, a seasoned yoga teacher, and Ashley Demico, a highly skilled Physical Therapist and yoga practitioner.
Together, they will help you *identify and understand your body’s unique needs, *modify classic yoga poses to prevent injury, and *help you build a plan for your yoga practice. Whether you’re new to your practice and looking to prevent injury, or wanting to come back and do so safely, this workshop is for you! You will leave with a deeper understanding of your body, and the skills and confidence to stay safe while enjoying the benefits of your yoga practice.
