Specialty Yoga: Breath, Pelvic Floor + Core Slow Flow
Here is your opportunity to move slow through a yoga flow and focus on your breath, movement of your diaphragm & pelvic floor, and your core. Kim will lead you through a mindful practice and focus on the power of your inhale and exhale and how it creates ease and strength in every transition and posture.
This all-levels flow will impact both those looking to focus on their breath for the first time and for those who want to progress from Kim’s Pelvic Floor, Breath + Core Workshop.
