Reach your 2025 goal by learning the fundamentals of Posture, Breathing Mechanics, and Core AND THEN learn progressive skills to reach your 2025 goal.
You will reach your goal with less effort physically, emotionally, and mentally if you first rediscover optimal breathing mechanics and movement patterns utilizing your true core (diaphragm, pelvic floor, transverse abdominals, multifidus). It is antiquated to simply push harder and harder and ultimately add negative stress, when it is possible to improve with ease and consistency. You will gain the basic tools to reach not only your current goal, but also your future goals in health, wellness, and fitness.
You will have access to not only my personal guidance, but also to A-B-C Method and Body Hacks that are a culmination of over 40 years of experience with professional athletes to non-athletes coupled with extensive education and certifications.
You will receive:
• 6 group sessions + 2 personal 1-on-1 coaching sessions
• Take home manual with the A-B-C Method, Weekly itinerary and roadmap, Journal for take home progressive skills, drills, and tips
• Personal core cue (pelvic floor, tVa, multifidus, glute meds)
