This CORE INTENSIVE, instructional, and hands-on workshop goes beyond just your abs and basic yoga and fitness cues and dives in deeper. You will learn where your core muscles are and how to ACTIVATE & INTEGRATE them to stabilize your body in movement and gain strength with every breath you take. Key points you will learn about:
Align your hips and ribs
Integrate your hip stability
Activate your abdominal core, obliques, spinal erectors, QL, & multifidus
Integrate your scapular stability
BREATHE – the synergy between your diaphragm and pelvic floor
This core focused, all-levels workshop with personalized drills, pose breakdown and integrated flow will include:
1. Take home worksheet with core specific educational material coupled with personalized core drills that will map out how to integrate your strengths and weakness to form more stability in your body
2. A 30 minute 1-on-1 private session within 30 days following the workshop to build upon what you have learned and answer any questions
3. Drills specific to "feeling" your core muscles engage, so you know what they are and how to integrate them
4. Personalized core drills and alignment cues for basic postures, balance postures, and a minimum of 1 arm balance or inversion (at your skill level from setting up the foundation to possibly flying high)
5. A core specific yoga flow
