This workshop is unique in that it does not simply teach you how to do the posture, but also how to activate the proper muscles to attain a safe alignment for your unique body, transition into and out of the posture, and understand the progressive steps to achieve your arm balance and inversion in class and in your home practice. You will also receive a handout with highlights and tips from the workshop. Feel free to add notes to personalize your worksheet!
