Coeur 90: Core & Flow
First let’s learn where your core is! Then let’s use it!
In this 90 minute all-levels, powerful yoga session, you will do core specific postures and exercises to activate and feel your core working. Next, you will take your core into movement with yoga postures, yoga transitions, and a yoga flow. Your active core will stabilize your low back, hips, and shoulders and ultimately make every single yoga pose easier!
A stronger core gives you stability, strength, balance, and ease
in your yoga practice and in your every-day life.
