Join Kim for 30 days to learn and advance in crow, headstand, and handstand. Kim combines her years of experience in yoga, personal training, gymnastics, and exercise science to optimize your progress and focus on your individual needs. You will have two private sessions and two group sessions coupled with daily communication to improve through the 30 days. To get better at crow, headstand, and handstand, you have to practice, know what muscles to activate, understand foundation and transition, and be playful with the process.
