Yin with Kim
Relax & Let Go
Yin is a non-heated, gentle yoga class that pays special attention to the lower back and hips as these areas often require extra care. Yin holds passive stretching poses for approximately three minutes on the ground in a sitting or lying down position often with props, so you can find ease not only physically but also mentally.
This 60 minute class is beneficial and available to everyone from novice to advanced and is a great compliment to the active yoga classes at CDA Power Yoga. Join me the evening of September 14th! Remember members to ask for your 10% discount.
